This application has been filed with a prayer to quash the proceedings of the case No. 333 of 2011 under section 145(1) Cr.P.C. pending in the court of learned S.D.M. Mohanlalganj, District Lucknow.
From the perusal of the record it appears that in the present case the learned Magistrate has passed the order under section 145(1) Cr.P.C., the same is replied by the applicant, it is directed that in case the applicant moves the preliminary objection also, the same shall be heard and disposed of expeditiously by the court concerned under the provisions of law.
With this direction, this application is finally disposed of.
