By means of this revision, the revisionist has challenged the order of the court below granting interim maintenance to the wife opposite party under section 24 of the Hindu Marriage Act during the pendency of the suit for dissolution of marriage under section 13 of the said Act which has been filed by the husband respondent. The interim maintenance which has been granted is Rs.1000/- per month from the date of making application under section 24 of the Act.
In my view, the grant of maintenance is not harsh and is based upon due consideration of the facts of the case. No interference is called for. The revision is dismissed.
