We have heard learned counsel for parties and perused the pleadings of writ petition.
The cause of action raised in writ petition regarding cancellation of licence to run a fair price shop can be agitated under Order 28(3) of the U.P. Scheduled Commodities Distribution Order 2004 by way of filing an statutory appeal, the writ petition is misconceived, and hence, it is dismissed.
