The petitioner claims compassionate appointment on the demise of his father, who died while in service on 16.10.2009. Since he could not produce the succession certificate,Superintendent of Police , Sultanpur by means of letter dated 29th May, 2011, which has been brought on record as annexure no.8, directed the petitioner to produce the said certificate for further action. It has been stated categorically by the petitioner that he has provided said succession certificate but till date nothing has been proceeded further.
In the light of the aforesaid facts, I hereby issue direction to opposite party no. 4 to take appropriate decision in the petitioner's matter within two months after receipt of a certified copy of this order.
Petition is disposed of accordingly.
