In compliance of Court's order Principal Secretary is present in person before this Court.
It has been informed by the learned Chief Standing Counsel that the Pension Payment Order (P.P.O.) has been issued yesterday itself i.e. 19.10.2011. The petitioner may go to Gorakhpur and receive his pension from the treasury officer.
In view of the fact, the P.P.O. has been issued, nothing remains to be decided at the level of the Principal Secretary, any more.
Therefore, notices are discharged.
The contempt petition, thus, stands dismissed.
If something remains, the petitioner shall have the liberty to move an application in the matter.
