Heard Sri M. A. Khan, Senior Advocate, assisted by Sri Rajesh Kumar Sharma, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Lalit Shukla, Addl. Chief Standing counsel, who has filed affidavit of compliance, wherein Principal Secretary, Higher Education , Lucknow, has re-considered the matter and granted the minimum of pay-scale to the petitioner. An order to this effect has been passed on 19.10.2011. The order has been annexed along with an affidavit filed.
