Counter affidavit filed today. Learned Standing Counsel submitted that in the lower part of the Admit Card, which has been submitted during the course of the examination, the roll number mentioned is 3011058064 in which there is a signature of the petitioner also. In the attendance sheet also in front of Roll No. 3011058064, the petitioner has signed. In the answer sheet, which has been enclosed as Annexure-C.A-1, it appears that in the column, roll number mentioned is 3011053064 but subsequently roll no. 3011058064 is mentioned. The first page of the answer sheet has been signed by the petitioner.

Perusal of the Admit Card annexed as Annexure-C.A.3, attendance sheet and answer sheet reveal that in all the three documents there are signatures of the petitioner. It is not informed that on the examination of answer sheet, how much marks have been awarded to the petitioner.

Learned Standing Counsel is directed to produce the entire answer sheet, which has been examined by the examiner to show that how much marks have been awarded to the petitioner on the answer sheet. She is granted a week's time to produce the complete answer sheet.
