In compliance of Court's order, Sri Om Prakash Mishra, D.I.O.S., Pratapgarh is present in person before this Court. He says that he is willing to comply the Court's order. There are some financial difficulties. The matter is under active consideration of the State government. The Director of Secondary Education is making all the efforts to get budget from the State government.
Sri Om Prakash Mishra prays for and is granted a month's time to comply the Court's order.
