Heard learned counsel for the applicants and learned A.G.A.
This application has been filed with a prayer to order dated 22.9.2010 passed by learned Addl. Civil Judge (J.D.)-3, Unnao in complaint case No. 2247 of 2009 whereby the bailable warrant has been issued against the applicants.
From the perusal of the record it appears that due to non appearance the bailable warrant has been issued. There is no illegality in the impugned order. The prayer for quashing the same is refused.
However, considering the facts, it is directed that applicants shall appear before the court concerned within 20 days from today till then bailable warrant/N.B.W. issued against the applicants shall be kept in abeyance. In case they appear and apply for bail, the same shall be heard and disposed of expeditiously by the courts below.
With this direction, this application is finally disposed of.
