Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been transferred by such Board, which has not been constituted by the State Government but has been constituted by the Additional Director General of Police, Railways after the approval from the Director General of Police, U.P., Lucknow. He submitted that the order dated 28.4.2010 itself reveals that no order has been obtained from the State Government for the constitution of such Board.
Ms. Suman Sirohi, learned Standing Counsel requested that the matter may be taken up day after tomorrow to seek instruction.
Put up day after tomorrow i.e. on 21.10.2011 as fresh.
