Case called out. None is present for the petitioner. Sri Anurag Khanna, learned counsel for the respondent University is present.

In terms of the order of this Court dated 8.9.2011, respondent University was directed to file an affidavit. The context in which the affidavit was required to be filed was only in the event the petitioner files a fresh application before the University for redressal of his grievances which included seeking opinion from the licensed handwriting expert. Learned counsel for the respondent University states that the petitioner has not approached the University in this behalf, as such an affidavit could not be filed.

Since the petitioner is not present and has not been complied with the order passed on 8.9.2011, the writ petition stands dismissed in default for non-prosecution.
