Sri Rakesh Kumar, learned counsel for the opposite party has filed counter-affidavit along with application for deferment of the contempt proceedings, are taken on record.
Official Liquidator is present in person on the direction of this Court. A cheque of the C.P.F amount has been issued by the Official Liquidator and handed over to the counsel for the petitioner. The amount is disputed by the petitioner.
Let counter-affidavit be filed within two weeks. Rejoinder-affidavit may be filed within a week thereafter. List thereafter.
