Counter-affidavit has been filed by the opposite party no.3, which is taken on record.
Sri Lalit Shukla, Addl. Chief Standing counsel appears for the D. I. O. S. and Sri R. K. Tripathi, for opposite parties no. 4 and 5. Both the counsel have filed counter-affidavits stating therein that the order has been complied with and the salary has been paid. For the arrears of salary bills, have been submitted by the committee of the Management. The D. I. O. S. has forwarded the application for allocation of budget. He says that the everything has been done at his level. He has complied with the order substantially.
Let rejoinder-affidavit be filed within a month.
