This application has been filed with a prayer to quash the proceedings of complainat case No. 2412 of 2000 pending in the court of learned Special C.J.M. Lucknow.
From the perusal of the record it appears that after considering the complaint and allegation made therein learned Magistrate concerned has taken the cognizance and summoned the applicant to face the trial. The prayer for quashing the same is refused.
The interim order dated 16.12.2002 is hereby vacated.
Accordingly this application is dismissed.
