It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that in pursuance of the order dated 25.8.2008 passed by another bench of this court, the applicant has moved the discharged application the same is pending.
Considering the order dated 25.8.2008 it is directed that till the pendency of discharge application no coercive steps shall be taken against the applicant.
With this direction, this application is finally disposed of.
