Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that though the Director E.S.I. Labour Medical Services, U.P., Sarvodaya Nagar, Kanpur Nagar has directed to take action against the Chief Medical Superintendent, E.S.I. Hospital, Sarvodaya Nagar, Kanpur as well as the petitioner but no action has been taken against the Chief Medical Superintendent, E.S.I. Hospital, Sarvodaya Nagar, Kanpur, though he/she was seriously involved in various irregularities and misappropriation of money and the petitioner has been illegally suspended and now his services have been terminated.
Learned Standing Counsel is directed to seek instruction that whether any action has been taken against the Chief Medical Superintendent, E.S.I. Hospital, Sarvodaya Nagar, Kanpur and what is its status.
Put up day after tomorrow i.e. on 19.10.2011 as fresh.
