Petitioners have rushed to this Court contending therein that they have been validly enrolled as members of the General Body and their membership has illegally done away with on 12.04.2009. Petitioners have stated that against this act they have already represented the matter before Assistant Registrar, Firms, Societies and Chits but till today no cognizance has been taken on the same.
Consequently, in the facts of the case Assistant Registrar, Firms, Societies and Chits, Jhansi Region Jhansi is directed to examine the claim of the petitioners in accordance with law preferably within three months from the date of presentation of certified copy of the order passed by this Court after giving fully opportunity to the office bearers of the society concerned.
With the above direction present writ petition is disposed of.
