By the letter dated 20.8.2011 it is informed by the respondent to the petitioner under the Right to Information Act that in pursuance of the order dated 6.7.2010, a sum of Rs.7,90,297/- is sought to be recovered, out of which a sum of Rs.60,000/- has already been recovered. The order dated 6.7.2010 is enclosed as Annexure-2 to the writ petition. In the said order, there is nothing to show that any recovery has been directed against the petitioner.
Learned Standing Counsel is directed to seek instruction in the matter.
