It is informed that in pursuance of the earlier transfer order dated 21.9.2011, the petitioner has joined the transferred place on 22.9.2011 and admittedly he worked upto 26.9.2011 and further for the subsequent period leave has been sanctioned. One Sri Suresh Bahadur Singh, who has been transferred in place of the petitioner, has also joined the transferred place. The question is whether that after joining the transferred place, the transfer order can be cancelled or not.
Sri R.N. Singh, Senior Advocate, appearing on behalf of the respondents, submitted that the matter may be taken up on Monday to enable him to show the authority on this subject.
