In terms of the direction issued by this Court, the petitioner was asked to file the copy of the substitution application and condonation of delay application, which was not traceable. The petitioner has produced the receipt dated 11.4.2000, which was given to him at the time of filing the substitution application along with condonation of delay application, which is taken on record.
This is a substitution application for bringing on record the legal heirs of sole petitioner- Late Ved Prakash Khanna. No objection has been filed by other side.
The substitution application is allowed. The legal heir (Sunil Khanna) of sole petitioner-Late Ved Prakash Khanna be brought on record as sole petitioner.
Notices be served upon the legal heirs of sole petitioner-Late Ved Prakash Khanna after effecting necessary correction in the cause tile of the petition within two weeks.
