On 15.9.2011, respondent no. 6 was directed to pay sanctioned amount within a period of four weeks or to show cause. On the request of learned Standing Counsel, the matter has been fixed for today. Learned Standing Counsel states that a letter has been written to respondent no. 6 but no instruction has been received. It appears that four weeks' time has also not been expired.
Put up this matter on 18.10.2011 as fresh. Learned Standing Counsel is directed to comply with the order dated 15.9.2011.
