Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel.
The petitioner claims that he worked as the Gram Rojgar Sewak, but the respondents are not paying the remuneration since 13.4.2010 and in respect thereof a representation dated 16.8.2011 has been filed before the respondent no.2, which is pending consideration.
In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent no. 2 to dispose of the representation of the petitioner, expeditiously, preferably, within two months from the date of presentation of the certified copy of this order, strictly in accordance to law.
