The petitioner has been disqualified on the ground that he has been allotted Roll No. 3001001415 while in the answer sheet the petitioner mentioned Roll No. 3001001416, which was allotted to one Sri Dharmendra Singh and not to the petitioner. The document, which the petitioner annexed, does not show that the petitioner has been allotted Roll No. 3001001415.
Sri Kashi Nath Singh, learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents is directed to show the document by which the petitioner has been allotted Roll No. 3001001415 and the same has been informed to the petitioner.
