This is time extension application no.351356 of 2011.
It is submitted by the learned counsel for the applicant that due to some unavoidable circumstances, he could not move the discharge application through his counsel within 30 days as directed by this court vide order dated 5.7.2011, therefore, some more time may be granted to move the discharge application.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, it is directed that in case the applicant moves a discharge application within 15 days from today before the court concerned through his counsel, the benefit of the order dated 6.7.2011 shall be extended to them.
Accordingly this application is disposed of.
