Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned AGA for the State.
This writ petition has been filed with a prayer to quash the order dated 7.9.2010 passed by Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate, Fatehpur in Misc. Case No. 127 of 2010, State Vs. Sunil Verma & another as well as order dated 10.10.2011 passed by Addl. Sessions Judge, Court No. 5, Fatehpur in Criminal Revision no. 209 of 2010, Pyarelal Gupta Vs. Sunil Verma and another.
The application under Section 156 (3) Cr.P.C. filed by the petitioner has been rejected by the Magistrate. The revision has also been dismissed. If the petitoiner has any grievance, he is at liberty to file a criminal complaint.
In view of alternative remedy available to the petitioner, no ground for interference is made out.
The writ petition is dismissed.
