Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner was appointed on the post of Peon in the year 2009. Initially he was posted at Bijnor. He has been transferred from Bijnor to Bulandshahar and thereafter he has been transferred from Bulandshahar to Muzaffar Nagar and again he has been transferred to Auraiya. By the impugned order dated 7.9.2011 the petitioner has been asked to work of Chowkidar-cum-Safaikarmi. Being aggrieved by the said order, the present writ petition has been filed.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been appointed as a Peon and, therefore, the respondents cannot ask the petitioner to take the work of Chowkidar-cum-Safaikarmi.
Let the learned Standing Counsel may file counter affidavit within two weeks.
