By means of present writ petition the petitioner has prayed for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari quashing the impugned order dated 21.10.2011 contained in Annexure No.2 to the writ petition passed by respondent no.2 and further prayed for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondents to release the Vehicle No. UP77F/5676 in favour of the petitioner within specific period.
Without going into the details it would suffice to say that the petition is misconceived and is liable to be dismissed.
It is accordingly dismissed in limine.
