During the pendency of revision, the revisionist Salikram convicted vide judgment and order dated 28.4.2009 passed by C.J.M. Basti, in criminal case no.4035 of 2005, P.S. Lalganj, district Basti as affirmed by judgment and order dated 21.10.2011 passed by Addl. Sessions Judge, court no.4, Basti in criminal appeal no.34 of 2009, be released on bail on his furnishing a personal bond and two sureties each in the like amount to the satisfaction of the court concerned subject to deposit of fine.
