RESTORATION APPLICATION Present matter has been taken up as mentioned case for restoration. The cause mentioned in the accompanying affidavit has been perused by this Court. As for the fault of the counsel, the client should not be made to suffer, and here the case of the counsel is that at the point of time when this case was taken up, counsel had been arguing in another case. Thus, the cause mentioned constitutes sufficient cause. The Restoration application is allowed. The order dated 04.05.2011 is recalled. The writ petition is restored to its original number.
