RESTORATION APPLICATION Heard learned counsel for the applicant and perused the averments mentioned in the accompanying affidavit. As allegations and counter allegations are coming forward. However, the Court is not going into these questions; as for the fault of counsel, the client should not be made to suffer, the cause shown constitutes sufficient cause. In such a situation and in this background, the Restoration application is allowed. The order dated 01.11.2011 is recalled and the writ petition is restored to its original number.
