In terms of the Court order dated 3.11.2011, a direction was issued by this Court to the learned standing counsel to indicate the number of vacancies available. Reference has also been made to the Government Order dated 8.9.2010 which provides for creation of post, if not available.
Let an affidavit be filed by the Executive Engineer, Rural Engineering Services Division, Allahabad indicating the number of vacancies available as on today. In case no vacancy is available, then in terms of the order dated 8.9.2010 vacancies are required to be created.
