We have heard Shri Ashok Bhatnagar, learned counsel for the petitioner-applicant. Shri R.C. Shukla appears for the Central Excise Department.
The correction application is allowed.
In the seventh line of the interim order dated 11.11.2011, the words "show-cause notice dated 21.4.2011" be deleted and the words "impugned order dated 31.5.2011" be inserted therein.
The last paragraph of the interim order dated 11.11.2011 shall be read as follows:-
"As an interim measure, we provide that the final order dated 31.5.2001 passed by the Commissioner, Central Excise and Service Tax, Allahabad and the orders in appeal will be subject to the result of the writ petition."
This order shall be treated as part of the order dated 11.11.2011. A certified copy of this order shall be issued along with copy of order dated 11.11.2011.
