Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned A.G.A for the State.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that after filing of the writ petition and counter affidavit Faujdar has been released by the State Government but Jagdish has not been released while the facts remains that the cases of both petitioners are identical.
Learned A.G.A prays for and is allowed two weeks' time to obtain instructions on the count as to why Jagdish has not been released whereas Fauzdar has been released.
A copy of this order provided to the learned A.G.A within three days.
List immediately after two weeks.
