The petitioner is claiming compassionate appointment on account of death of her husband. It the writ petition it is claimed that her husband Late Brijnandan Mani was Non Medical Assistant in Communities Health Centre, Tamkuhi, District Kushi Nagar.
The petitioner is claiming compassionate appointment on the post of Ward Aaya. In the writ petition nowhere mentioned that the petitioner's husband was the regular employee appointed against the vacancy. Therefore, the claim of the petitioner cannot be adjudicated.
Put up on 21.11.2011 as fresh to enable the petitioner to file the documents to show that her husband was the regular employee.
