The petitioner is claiming promotion. The promotion of the petitioner has been denied on the ground that against the petitioner criminal cases are pending.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that by the order dated 22.10.2010, in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No. 308538 of 2010, his sentence has been suspended by this Court and, therefore, he is entitled to be considered for promotion.
Learned counsel for the petitioner may show any authority that during the suspension of sentence, the claim of promotion can be considered.
Put up tomorrow i.e. on 18.11.2011 as fresh.
