Vide order dated 13.10.2011, learned Standing Counsel was directed to produce the necessary documents to substantiate the case of the respondents that the petitioner was allotted 3013033289 Roll number.
Short counter affidavit has been filed without annexing any document to substantiate the claim. Sri R.C. Pandey, learned Standing Counsel for the Union of India, states that one more opportunity may be given to produce the necessary documents.
To provide a last opportunity, put up on 24.11.2011 as fresh. In case if no documents will be filed, the Court will proceed to pass an order in the absence of any document.
