The contention of the petitioners is that they applied for the post of Sub-Inspector. They have been called upon for physical efficiency test on 7.9.2011. By the publication dated 6.9.2011 in the Newspaper Hindustan, a copy of which is annexed as Annexure-3 to the writ petition, it is informed that the physical efficiency test would be held on 21.10.2011.
The grievance of the petitioners is that they went on 21.10.2011 for physical efficiency test, they have been informed that the physical efficiency test already been held on 7.9.2011.
Learned Standing Counsel may seek instruction in the matter.
