On 28.9.2011 after perusing the original records we had stayed the recovery of user charges from the petitioners representing the union of the Tempo Tax Owners. The stay was extended on 20.10.2011.
No counter affidavit has been fled for last two months.
Shri M.C. Tripathi is allowed a last opportunity to file counter affidavit within two weeks.
List on 13.12.2011. The interim order is extended till then. It is made clear that no further time will be granted to file counter affidavit.
