Despite stop order having been passed on 01.11.2011 no counter affidavit has been filed till today. Sri A.K.Mehrotra, learned counsel for the contesting respondents states that the counter affidavit is under preparation and shall be served to the counsel for the petitioner on or before 21.11.2011.

It is made clear that in case if no counter affidavit is filed by the said respondents on or before the date fixed they will be liable to pay Rs.5000/- as costs.
