The contention of the petitioner is that there were 6 posts of Ward Aaya on different health centre of District Meerut. The petitioner was engaged on contractual basis for Sanjay Nagar Health Centre. The contract of the petitioner has been terminated on the ground that the Director, Family Welfare Directorate, U.P., Lucknow has abandoned one post of Ward Aaya. The contention of the petitioner is that there is nothing in the order of the Director, Family Welfare Directorate, U.P., Lucknow that the post of Ward Aaya of Sanjay Nagar Health Centre has been abolished and, therefore, the termination of contract is not justified. The contract is continuing. It has not been expired.
