The contention of the petitioner is that in view of the criminal cases pending against him, he has been suspended. Vide order dated 29.7.2011, the sentence awarded to the petitioner in a criminal proceeding has been suspended. In pursuance thereof, the petitioner has been allowed to join but he is not being given any work and is not being paid any salary.
Learned Standing Counsel may seek instruction in the matter.
