Prayer for bail has been made on behalf of the  appellant, who has been convicted by  Sessions Judge Siddharth Nagar in S.T. No.151 of 2008 under Sections 316/34, 323/34,504, 506 (2) I.P.C.

Heard learned counsel for the appellant and the learned A.G. A. for the State and perused the lower court's record.

Learned counsel for the appellant submitted that maximum sentence awarded to the appellant is ten years. It is further submitted that appellants were on bail during the course of trial they did not misuse the liberty of bail.

Learned A.G.A opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, in my opinion the appellant is entitled to be released on bail.

Pending appeal appellants  Shiv Murat,Salikram and Smt. Kesari are convicted in S.T. No. 151 of 2008 shall be released on bail on their executing a personal bonds and on furnishing two sureties each in the like amount to the satisfaction of the court concerned.

Till further orders realization of fine, if any, shall also remain stayed.
