By means of the present writ petition, the petitioner is challenging the appellate order against which the petitioner has an alternative remedy of revision under Rule 20 of the U.P. Police Officers of the Subordinate Ranks (Punishment and Appeal) Rules, 1991.
Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed on the ground of alternative remedy.
