The contention of the petitioner is that the he has been appointed as Gram Rozgar Sewak on 26.8.2010 for a period of one year. The services of the petitioners have been dispensed with by passing a resolution dated 7.6.2011 when the contract was in existence. He submitted that the proper procedure has not been followed as provided in the Government Order for removing the Gram Rozgar Sewak, namely, the notice has not been given and the resolution has not been passed by 2/3rd majority.

Sri D.D. Chauhan, Advocate, appears on behalf of respondent no. 5 requested that some time may be allowed to seek instruction in the matter.
