Heard learned counsel for the parties.
The contention of the petitioner is that a decision has been taken by the State Government for the appointment of the petitioner on the compassionate ground and a letter has been written in this regard by the Special Secretary to the Director General (Establishment), U.P. Police Head Quarter, dated 29.4.2011, Annexure-3 to the writ petition. but till date the appointment has not been given to the petitioner.
Learned Standing Counsel has been directed to seek instructions.
Learned Standing Counsel submitted that the necessary papers have been sought from the office of the Senior Superintendent of Police, Etawah, but the same have not been received. The moment, the papers will be received, the appointment will be given to the petitioner.
In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent no.2 to to give the appointment to the petitioner on compassionate ground in view of the letter dated 29.4.2011 within a period of three months from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order.
