Heard learned counsel for the parties.
The petitioner no.1 is the Lab Technician and the petitioner no.2 is the X-ray Technician.
It appears that the petitioners have been awarded adverse entry in their character rolls. The petitioners have been issued show cause notice dated 14.8.2011 to give reply on the adverse entry.
The contention of the petitioners is that the reply was filed and the enquiry was made, thereafter, the Deputy Chief Medical Officer, Mirzapur vide his letter dated 25.8.2011 has recommended to expunge the adverse remarks, but till date no action has been taken and the matter is pending before the respondent no.2.
In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent no.2 to take the appropriate decision in the case of the petitioner, expeditiously, preferably within two months from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order.
