Heard learned counsel for the parties.
The petitioner has been transferred from Allahabad to Pratapgarh after the approval from the Regional Establishment Board.
I do not see any reason to interfere in the matter. However, it is open to the petitioner to move the application raising his individual grievances before the appropriate authority. In case if any such application is made, the same may be disposed of expeditiously.
The writ petition stands disposed of accordingly.
