The Officiating Principal of the Gramodaya Seva Sansthan Uchchattar Madhyamik Vidyalaya, Barla, Aligarh has filed this petition for quashing the order dated 27th September, 2011 passed by the District Inspector of Schools, Aligarh by which a direction has been issued to the Manager of the said Institution to issue appointment order in favour of Ajeet Kumar Sharma-respondent no.6 as his name was included in the panel prepared by the Board pursuant to Advertisement No.2 of 2008.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the aforesaid Institution was not included in the said advertisement and another Institution namely Grodus Seva Sansthan Uchchattar Madhyamik Vidyalaya, Barla, Aligarh was included.
Sri Raghuvir Singh, learned counsel appearing for the U.P. Secondary Education Services Selection Board shall seek instructions in the matter.
Place this petition as fresh on 15th November, 2011.
