The petitioner's application for allotment of dealership of Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited under Rajiv Gandhi LPG Gas Agency Yojna has been rejected on the ground that as per the certificate issued by the S.D.M., he is resident of Zamin Kazi Hasan, Tehsil Mohammadabad Gohna district Mau whereas the outlet was for Chiraiyakot district Mau. The SDM on inquiry has clarified that two are different villages.
That being the position, we do not find any illegality in the order passed by the authority.
The writ petition is wholly misconceived. It is accordingly dismissed.
