On 29.09.2011 this Court passed an order on the assurance extended by the State that the District Magistrate shall ensure that the scholarship/fees reimbursement amount would be deposited with the institute within a period of one month from that day. Petitioner submits that the aforementioned order has not been complied with till date and net effect of the same is that in the absence of amount being there, the petitioners are not being permitted to pursue their course .
Two weeks further time is accorded to learned standing counsel to get the order dated 29.09.2011 complied with.
